• The Answer Sheet - Willingham: Big questions about the LA Times teachers project

  Daniel Willingham responds to the LA Times value added article.  Interesting read...in a nutshell ineffective teachers need to be ID'd and helped or counseled out of the profession.  Value Added is the model being using to do so.  Teachers don't like it, but unless they come up with a better system the powers that be (OBama and Duncan) will use it to better our schools.
