Tech TuneUP: Day 1

  • Each day I will try to post our agenda (with an understanding that it will change as needed)

  • Data Review and Plan (emailed to me, Jane, Mark A, and your admin)—if you don’t have data you should be creating a plan to collect data to assess both your curriculum and the learning of your students. (Situation (with graphs) Remedy)Projects/Course requirements:
  • Backchanneling  participation (movies and movie clips)
  • Participation in Twitter stream #ihtech (response to quotes, reading, thoughts to share, you name it, building discussion beyond traditional learning space)
  • Building a PLN (how do you stay up to date on your “art and science” of teaching?
  • Teaching and Learning collaborative schematic construction
  • Web 2.0 Smackdown presentation
  • Customized Project(s)
  • Wednesday – half share on “custom” project
  • Friday open house/presentation
