Spoon is a Austin based band that has been around for almost 15 years. I first discovered them from a best of list that is so often published on various sites and publications at the end of the year. Your chances of finding new music on the radio are slim to none so you need to try other outlets to find it. Surprisingly some of the recent TV shows (Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy, and others) have become known for their "good" music. I also find new music in soundtracks. I had a Spoon song or two and then saw "Stranger than Fiction". Loved the movie and the music. Get the soundtrack and Spoon is the mainstay of the album. Their latest album is called GaGaGa and this is one of the songs they performed recently on Saturday Night Live.
